Tool inputs and media
Images and videos selected in the safe-zone checker are displayed through a temporary browser URL. Short Safe does not upload or store their contents. Resolution and caption calculations also run in the browser.
Hosting logs
Cloudflare may process ordinary access logs for security and service operation. Those logs are separate from the caption text and media contents entered into the tools.
Advertising and analytics
Short Safe loads one responsive Google AdSense unit below each interactive tool. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Visitors in regions requiring consent receive choices before eligible advertising storage or personalization. Short Safe also records one aggregate tool-use event after a visitor interacts with a tool. The event contains only the tool name and language edition and never includes caption text, dimensions, filenames or media content. Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine stores these events for aggregate usage measurement. Google explains its use of data on partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
